Office Administrator – Electrical services - office based

NRT Building Services Group have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to join their Electrical Admin team. This is a permanent full time position that will suit an individual with some experience of administration duties that enjoys working within a team and looking to develop their skills.

In this position you will be monitoring and managing the Electrical testing bookings process and maintenance for social housing, as well as the opportunity to develop new skills and advance in your career.

Hours - 8.30am - 5pm Monday -Friday

Location- London SW9 8BJ (2 mins walk from Brixton Station)

Competitive rates of pay depending on age and experience.

24 days holiday + bank holidays

Responsibilities

* Data entry and uploading documents

* Managing and updating booking spreadsheets

* Phone calls to residents and clients

* Assisting the Senior administrator with the day to day running of the office

* Drafting letters

* Processing documents

Requirements

* Good communication skills- emails and telephone

* ICT literate

* Knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel

* Maths and English GCSE

* Organised and reliable

* Able to set up and maintain spreadsheets
