Location: London (In office)

We are looking for an organized and proactive Office Administrator with a passion for renewable energy to join their London team.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning.
Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing documents.
Liaise with suppliers and external partners.
Manage office supplies and coordinate staff travel.
Support HR with employee onboarding and records.
Assist with basic financial tasks such as processing invoices and petty cash.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Experience as an Office Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Interest in sustainability and renewable energy is a plus
