We are looking for an enthusiastic SEND Teaching Assistant to join a dedicated team in the SEND provision at a primary school in Henley-in-Arden. If you are passionate about supporting children with additional needs and are available to start immediately, this could be the perfect role for you.

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, 8:30am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Henley-In-Arden

About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work within the SEND provision, offering one-on-one and group support to students with special educational needs. You will also assist with the school’s Forest School programme, using outdoor learning to foster students' confidence and independence.

What We’re Looking For:

* Experience working with children with additional needs, particularly in a SEND provision.

* Knowledge of or experience in Forest School teaching would be a strong advantage.

* A patient, caring, and supportive individual with the ability to adapt to the needs of each child.

* Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with teachers and other staff members.
