SEND Teaching Assistant – Full Time, Immediate Start

Are you passionate about supporting students with additional needs? We’re looking for an experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join a specialist school in Rugby. If you have experience working with students with autism or social, emotional, and mental health needs, we’d love to hear from you.

Position: SEND Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, 5 Days a Week
Location: Rugby

About the Role

As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teachers to support students in their academic and personal development. Your role will involve guiding students through their learning experiences, helping them overcome challenges and build confidence.

What We’re Looking For

* Experience with autism and/or social, emotional, and mental health needs: Prior experience in these areas is essential.

* A patient, adaptable individual who can provide consistent support to students with diverse needs.

* Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

* An enhanced DBS check that is either registered on the update service or issued by Milestone within the last month.
