We are seeking a dedicated 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant to work with a student in a specialist provision within a mainstream school. This is a full-time, long-term role, offering a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in a child’s life.
Position: 1:1 SEND Teaching Assistant
Start Date: ASAP
Contract: Full-Time, 5 days a week

You will be working one-on-one with a child in the school’s SEND provision, providing tailored support to help them succeed. Your responsibilities will include helping the child with classroom activities, adapting materials to suit their needs, and supporting their social and emotional development.
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong background in supporting children with special educational needs.
* Experience working one-on-one with students in a classroom setting.
* Patience, compassion, and adaptability to meet the individual needs of the child.
* A team player who can collaborate with teachers and other staff members.
