Alpha IT, LLC is seeking an Office Clerk to join our team. As an Office Clerk, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our office. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask will be essential in handling a variety of administrative tasks. Responsibilities

Perform general office duties, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and filing paperwork.

Assist with data entry and maintaining accurate records.

Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments.

Order and maintain office supplies.

Assist with preparing and organizing documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist with AP/AR duties

Call on past due invoices

Assist customers in setting up autopay

Provide administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.

1+ years of experience in an office or administrative role.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Professional and positive attitude.
