Who You Are:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Office Clerk with at least one year of experience to join our dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of office procedures, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to providing exceptional support in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:

Documents: Photocopying, faxing, filing, scanning, saving documents to case management system as well as client physical files.

Administrative Support: General clerical duties such as answering phones, scheduling appointments, calendaring appointments, mail distribution, and post office mailings.

Record Keeping: Organize case files and other documents. Update records and databases/case management system. Accurate data entry.

Client Interaction: Greet clients and visitors, handle general inquiries, and provide general information as appropriate.

Office Operations: Stock and organize office supplies and equipment throughout the office.

Confidentiality: Ensure that all information pertaining to the company and client remains confidential and not shared with anyone outside the company.

In-office position- Monday thru Friday

What You Bring:

Qualifications:

Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a legal office or similar environment. Experience with legal document preparation and filing is highly preferred.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; additional coursework in legal studies or related field is a plus.

Skills:

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and case management systems.

Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures.

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Attributes:

Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.

Capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to tasks.
