Overview:

Scope of Position:
The Office Clerk will provide data entry, outreach and administrative support and is responsible for program supportive service processes.
Responsibilities:
Essential Functions:
General clerical duties including typing/data entry, mail correspondence, creating documents and trackers as needed
Create and maintain participant attendance records
Schedule and assist with special events for participants and staff such as career fairs, informational workshops, etc.
Assist participants with the supportive service process and make supportive service purchases
Complete paperwork and gather required documents to complete supportive services
Act as a liaison between businesses and participants to complete supportive services
Make and receive calls with participants prior to program orientation
Create orientation packets and assist with the facilitation of orientation
Keep track of supply inventory and place supply orders
Create/maintain/update transportation reimbursement records
Distribute bus tickets and request bus tickets for replenishment as needed
Responsible for pick-up and delivery of inter-office mail
Provide postage stamps for mailings as needed and replenish when necessary
Other opportunities as available
Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements:
Must have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
Previous office experience
Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require
High School Diploma or GED required
Valid Driver’s License and an automobile are required
