Overview:

This is a remote role that may be hired in several markets across the United States, with a preference for EST/CS locations.

This position leads strategic change management efforts and consultation for the Bank at a high level of complexity and ability. Manages the planning and execution of change management projects to maximize adoption and usage of business processes, organizational structures, systems, and technology changes. Develops strategies that meet line of business and company needs while minimizing client or operational impact. Creates standards and processes that ensure implementation success, and monitors initiative effectiveness through key performance metrics. Collaborates with management and project teams to drive change that addresses business needs, improves efficiencies, and reduces risk. Provides expert guidance to leaders across the enterprise to facilitate change transitions and foster an understanding of what the change means. May mentor or provide leadership to less experienced consultants.

Responsibilities:

Change Management - Leads change management projects and strategies including development, execution, and direction. Facilitates initiatives that impact stakeholders both internal and external to the department. Responsible for stakeholder identification and analysis, prescriptive planning, timing and channel delivery, and coordinating implementation of changes. Provides expert advice to business leaders and senior management on transitioning business teams towards necessary changes. Leads projects with significant enterprise-wide impact and may mentor less experienced consultants as necessary.

Collaboration - Works closely with project teams on change management, communication, and training needs to ensure successful project execution and adoption. Communicates clearly with management, associates, and wider business units in driving change across the Bank.

Business Support - Responsible for change management standards, processes, and tools. Ensures organizational adherence, monitoring compliance and communicating deficiencies as necessary. Maintains a strong knowledge of change management techniques, risks, and industry best practices.

Reporting - Utilizes key metrics to analyze, track, and report on project impact and performance. Ensures that all changes are clearly recorded and evaluated.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change Management OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Project Management, Business Analysis, or Change Management

License or Certification Type: Change Management Certification Preferred

Skill(s): Knowledge of change management principles and tools as well as development of related strategies and assessments, Ability to influence others and move toward a common goal, Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in uncertain situations, Knowledge of with large-scale organizational initiatives, Ability to work effectively at all levels in an organization

Preferred skills: background in organizational change management, broad technical acumen, non-traditional project experience

If hired in North Carolina, the base pay for this position is generally between $110,000 and $1500,000.  Actual starting base pay will be determined based on skills, experience, location, and other non-discriminatory factors permitted by law. For some roles, total compensation may also include variable incentives, bonuses, benefits, and/or other awards as outlined in the offer of employment.
