Job Description
The Business Manager will provide extensive support for North American Chief Operating Officer. This role includes carrying out day-to-day administrative tasks while acting as a liaison between team members and leadership. The Business Manager will be responsible for handling confidential information and maintaining professionalism in dealing with senior executives.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Lead the rollout of major initiatives, including strategy and communications
Develop and implement technology-driven solutions to optimize the project portfolio and improve operational efficiency
Manage the rhythm of the business, ensuring smooth operations and timely execution of strategic initiatives
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements
Analyze data requirements, build dashboards and data models to support data analytics and performance insights for our business.
Publish a monthly update (RoB) of key activities and achievements for leadership
Coordinate Quarterly and Monthly Business Reviews (QBRs/MBRs) and facilitate connections, both planned and ad hoc, to strengthen relationships and drive collaboration
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to drive program success
Proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and roadblocks to ensure program success
Actively participate in and contribute to fostering and maintaining company culture
Provide extensive calendar management; coordinate complex meeting schedules for internal and external meetings
Coordinate all travel arrangements (domestic and international)
Coordinate activities for leadership meetings including preparing/editing PowerPoint presentations, maintaining agendas, and action items
Support COO with various ad hoc projects
