Job Description

We are seeking an accomplished Business Development Manager to join our team. As a part-time or freelance professional, you will play a crucial role in identifying and targeting new client prospects, driving outreach efforts, and generating leads. Responsibilities:

The role of the Business Development Manager is to act as a manager of sales outreach for Maricich Health. This includes managing new business outreach efforts, and the continued new business momentum of the agency, as well as making sales calls and interacting with prospective clients through the quotation and contract approval process. This role includes:

Communicating, networking, and selling while acting as the primary contact from the prospecting phase through to signing clients.

Managing Maricich Health’s new business and sales plan and continually evaluating and updating this strategy.

Managing the agency’s new business prospect database in (url removed), and continually keeping it updated.

Managing the client acquisition process including RFP’s, requests for info, meeting follow up, new business presentations, pitch strategy, research, and creation of materials, PowerPoints, etc.

Several times per year, or as needed, attend trade shows, conferences and networking organizations that our prospects attend.

Work with our account team, marketing team, and agency leadership on targeting strategies and the development of proposals and contracts for prospect review and approval.
