Job Description

Ensure that the International Brand Teams and Affiliates have the appropriate resources, processes, and technology in place to execute the content strategy initiatives successfully. This role will evaluate processes and create efficiencies based on business need and the ACE (Advanced Customer Experience) transformation operating model. It will provide expertise in content reuse through working with brands and agencies across channels and countries and influence brand and affiliate team members about process efficiencies and enhancements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                

MLOR Agility

This role will manage projects that will increase efficiency and create cost savings for international brand teams. It will identify current MLOR process gaps and create enhancements to increase agility in material review.

Manage Knowledge Repository development and creation. Co-create a framework and develop a learning path for all material review resources and policies.

Evaluate training and international project management resources and expand knowledge base by developing materials to fill educational and process gaps.

Support International Project Managers & Material Review teams to adopt new ways of working and support them with managing significant changes brought about by process and technology.

Act as a subject matter expert across Content Capabilities that streamline the MLOR process across International and Affiliate teams.

International Content Operating Model

Initiate content operational process improvements through collaborating with involved stakeholders to ensure alignment on new ways of working.

Lead change management for international and local stakeholders for new systems and processes being introduced.

Create and update materials that translate technical capabilities into business value, driving a need and willingness to adopt.

Partner with International Learning Teams to drive a sustainable, agile and user-intuitive program to support current and future content enhancements.

Core Claims Library & DAM Component SME

Serve as a key member for the Core Claims Library & DAM Component roll-outs across International and Affiliate teams.

Responsible for ensuring a smooth transition from previous ways of working to a new modularized approach, utilizing a toolkit of resources to generate content.

Ensure teams are comfortable and skilled to the new operating model, as well as ensure that KPIs are established, monitored and tracked to ensure business value.

*Role is flexible to be remote for the right candidate
