You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:

Pay for this position is $26 per hour and ranges depending on experience. 

Responsibilities:

Initializing and processing sleep study devices

Cleaning, charging, and Re- Kitting machines

Emailing and discussing the home sleep study procedure with each patient

Checking for sleep study financial forms and processed credit cards

Calling patients with finalized sleep study results

Creating USPS labels

Charging patients for late sleep study devices

Following up on authorizations for home sleep studies

Scheduling In lab and Home Sleep Study appointments

Qualifications:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Demonstrating knowledge of scheduling

Strong organization with attention to detail

Analytical problem-solving skills

Demonstrates ability to meet deadlines

Ability to work independently and as a team member

Demonstrates computer literacy

Good attitude, professionalism, promote team structure

Supports management and leadership

Preferable knowledge utilizing Watermark sleep studies

Preferable knowledge utilizing Endicia

Insurance verification experience

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Strong computer skills

High school diploma or equivalent
