We serve patients in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
How you’ll serve our patients

You will serve patients daily in a multitude of ways:
What is in it for you

Responsibilities:
Answer on average 50-100 calls per day
Corresponding to emails, chat and text messages
Scheduling appointments, procedures, and testing
EMR (Electronic Medical Record) data entry
General administrative duties
Insurance and knowledge of Medical terminology a plus
Patient care
Attention to detail
Must have EMR experience
Must be willing to work some Saturday hours if needed
Qualifications:
Experience in healthcare administration or other related fields
Strong organizational skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Strong computer skills
Fluent in English and Spanish
High School Diploma or GED required
