As an IT Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating IT project activities, managing schedules, and ensuring the timely completion of project deliverables across various teams.

Responsibilities
Serving as an administrator to projects within the IT and Compliance departments
Deploying and enforcing security policies and procedures
Assist with setting up project meetings and maintaining project documents
Assist in change management for implementing new technology or processes (e.g., communications, end-user training)
Support the completion of project deliverables and close out of project documentation
Develop and maintain documentation related to application configurations, processes, and workflows
Stay abreast of new technology trends and work with various technologies and systems
Ensure alignment among stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors on roles, responsibilities, and expectations
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, systems engineering, or a related field is preferred. A graduate degree is a plus.
PMP certification or interest in completing PMP
Prior experience translating business requirements into business processes or technology utilization (preferred)
Experience working directly with engineering and/or other technical teams
Aptitude for learning new software applications
Experience with reporting, dashboarding, and data analysis (e.g., advanced Excel, MS Power BI)
Experience with Azure AD and Microsoft suite organization
Experience with implementing company-wide systems
Experience with project management solutions
Experience and understanding of various project management frameworks and methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile), coordination of user testing, and solution documentation
