Quality Engineer / Managers opportunity in this successful and expanding engineering company. The role is to support and then succeed the current quality manager when they retire, and this is an excellent opportunity to develop your current quality systems experience.
The role will look after quality systems covering a diverse range of engineering disciplines, including aerospace & Medical parts manufacture, sheet metal and construction metalwork.
You should already be used to managing and auditing quality systems, following up on corrective actions, supplier audits, and representing the company to clients when it comes to aspects of quality.
Responsibilities Include:
Collaborate across the company to develop and implement quality control processes.
Conduct inspections, audits, and root cause analyses to identify areas for improvement.
Monitor production processes, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
Provide training and guidance to employees on quality-related topics.
Work closely with suppliers to maintain quality materials.
