Our client requires an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to deliver Stock Condition surveys.

Key job requirements include:

Undertaking a variety of Stock condition surveys investigating building defects and producing life cycle costings
Liaising with clients and producing a volume of quality survey reports
Inputting data on site and at home We are seeking a Stock Condition Surveyor with excellent personal and communication skills.

You must be an experienced Stock Condition Surveyor to be successful with your application.

Salary £40k to £45k plus company car or allowance £4.2k, pension scheme, holiday package 23 days plus bank holiday and CPD training on offer.
