My client is on the lookout for a Stock Condition Surveyor to cover Lincolnshire with a well respected organisation. my client are looking for an experienced stock condition surveyor to work on one of their social housing contracts.

Responsibilities of the Stock Condition Surveyor role:

Write up reports of the properties and relay information back to the manager
Assist with the completion of regular stock audits to ensure properties are developed and managed effectively
Collate detailed stock condition information
Experience in conducting EPC surveys is beneficial to the role
