Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Wirral
Salary: £40,000 - £55,000 DOE
Hours: 40 hours per week
An Overview of the Registered Manager Role:
Collaborating closely with the Regional Director to uphold the highest standards of care and individualised support for each person.
Work with the recruitment and training team for support of leadership teams to align with individual needs and objectives.
Leadership involvement in care, support, and risk planning processes. Ensuring adherence to pertinent legal and regulatory standards.
Overseeing the efficient operation of quality control systems and conducting quality assurance visits.
Continual evaluation and enhancement of processes to optimise service delivery. Fostering a positive organisational culture consistent with company ethos and values.
Working in tandem with local teams and commissioners to evolve services in accordance with community requirements.
