Marble Talent Group have an exciting opportunity for a Generator Engineer to join one of the Souths leading temporary power generation companies.
The position will be home based within commutable distance to Chelmsford and will cover this and the surrounding areas, with occasional travel further afield.
This role will start as a hybrid position in which the successful candidate will be tasked with working in the workshop as well as being field based, ensuring no two days are the same.
There are plans for the role to become entirely field based in the future and the company offers great routes for progression.
Responsibilities -
* Fault finding and repairs
* Installing and commissioning generators
* Ensure maintenance records are kept in line with company requirements
* Comply with health and safety policies
Candidate Requirements -
* Previous experience working with generators
* Good diagnostic ability
* Flexibility with overtime
* Willing to learn
* Full UK driving license
Salary - £31,200 + depending on experience
There is plenty of overtime available and call out available which sees out clients current team of engineers earn well in excess of their basic salaries.
