Fast Growing Engineering organisation
The experienced Internal Technical Sales Representative will have gained similar experience in previous roles and may suit an Account Manager wanting an internal Technical sales role. You must be able to demonstrate a stable work history
You will provide sales support. Submit quotations to customers offering the best technical and engineering solutions whilst ensuring services offered are of a high standard without compromising quality. Maximise sales opportunities by way of timely and effective response to written / verbal customer enquiries for both internal and external customers.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience ideally working in a similar internal Product Sales role for an Engineering or Manufacturing organisation. This is an Office based role.

· Deal with customer’s enquiries, orders and complaints.
· Assist in maintaining existing business and gaining new by way of proactively following potential new customer enquiries.
· Ensure all commercial requirements are compliant with company directives.
· Ensure that sales enquiries are accurately recorded and measured by way of monthly analysis using the company CRM system.
· Respond to telephone / written communications from the customer in a timely professional manner.
· Coordinate the swift and effective resolution of customer complaints when they arise in conjunction with the QA representative.
· Liaise with suppliers and technical support to ensure our quotations meet customer’s requirements.
· Ensure you show regard for your fellow colleagues.
· Ensure all Company procedures and policies are always followed.
· Ensure health & safety regulations are adhered to at all times.
Experience gained in the Water, Oil and Gas or Plastic piping industries would be an advantage.
Knowledge of Valves, Piping or Pressure Vessels would be ideal.
The above requirements are not an exhaustive list of duties and you would be expected to perform different tasks as necessitated by your changing role, and the overall business objectives of the organisation.
