Link Solutions is seeking a Web Content Administrator to join our team at Fort Stewart, GA.
Must be a US Citizen
DoD Secret Clearance required
Non-remote (relocation incentive available)
The Web Content Administrator will be responsible for supporting the US Army’s Southeastern Regional Network Enterprise Center at Fort Stewart, GA. This role involves content management, website maintenance, compliance, and security, as well as providing user support and overall quality assurance.
The Administrator will ensure that the Army’s web presence is secure, professional, and in line with official standards. Additionally, the Administrator will help protect national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement and growth.
Responsibilities:
Creating, updating, and organizing web content to ensure it is accurate, relevant, and aligns with Army policies and branding guidelines.
Regularly updating and maintaining the technical aspects of websites, including applying security patches, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring websites are up-to-date and functional.
Ensuring that all web content and systems comply with Department of Defense (DoD) and Army regulations, including information security, accessibility, and operational standards.
Providing support to end-users, such as content creators and editors, by assisting them with publishing content, troubleshooting issues, and offering guidance on best practices for web content management.
Conducting regular audits of web content to ensure consistency, accuracy, and adherence to security protocols, as well as testing website functionality to ensure a smooth user experience.
Working closely with other teams, including IT security, network administrators, and content creators, to coordinate website updates and ensure the security and effectiveness of web services.
Developing and maintaining documentation for web management processes and providing training to users on content management systems and web publishing standards.
