Overview:

The Sr. Business Analyst plays a pivotal role in enhancing First Watch’s data-driven decision-making by analyzing complex data sets, identifying challenges, and recommending process improvements for the enterprise data warehouse. Responsibilities:

Collaborates with IT in creating and implementing the enterprise data warehouse

Initiates the implementation and transformation of new data sources, as needed

Manages organizational priorities of the data roadmap and communicates with leadership

Supports the Director of Analytics to answer key business questions and develop data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making

Partners with Data Quality Analyst to ensure that the data for reporting and analytics is accurate, complete, and reliable

Qualifications:

BA/BS in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, IT, or other analytical fields. MBA preferred

5+ years of professional experience in Finance, IT, analytics, or project management

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with various levels of management regarding the implementation of changes

Restaurant/QSR, Retail, or Multi-Unit experience preferred

SQL skills required

Experience with PowerBI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools preferred

High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint required
