Job Description:
Installed Building Products (IBP) is seeking a HRIS Analyst to provide support to our HR and Payroll team. Are you ready to look at the bigger picture and instigate change? The HRIS Analyst is responsible for providing technical support to the IBP field operations, HR and Payroll Departments.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for HRMS and ATS system maintenance
Write, maintain and support a variety of reports or queries for ongoing customer needs
Coordinate integration with HRMS and ATS systems with external vendors
Develop user procedures, guidelines and documentation to train new system users
Assist in the review, testing and implementation of HRMS and ATS upgrades
Provide support for HRMS and ATS, including researching and resolving problems
Recommend process improvements and/or innovative solutions
Provide overall project management guidelines for a given HRMS or ATS initiative
Serve as key liaison with third parties and other stakeholders (e.g. payroll)
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
2-5 Years’ experience of HRIS or Human Resources
Some college class work in Human Resources or Business Administration preferred
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of individuals
Excellent organization and communications skills.
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, UKGPro (or other HRMS)
