Gi Group is working in partnership with a well-known distribution centre based in Stafford. We are looking for multiple warehouse operatives to join their friendly team.

The role:

This is a hands-on role working in our distribution centre, where you’ll be lifting, picking, packing and wrapping. It’s a job jam-packed full of variety that keeps our customers – and their pets – happy. Like many warehouse positions, it’s not always easy, but you’ll have a team that’s got your back and all the support you need to be at your best for pets across the country.

Whether you’re straight out of school, or have worked somewhere like this before, we’ve got a role for you. Here, everyone’s invited. Experience won’t hold you back, and we’ll give you all the training you need to thrive.

You’ll start with our comprehensive, 12-week training programme to get you settled in, confident and ready for every new opportunity. From new skills to experience, we’re not cutting any corners. How far you take it is up to you, but whatever you choose, we’ll be there to support you every step of the way.

Pay Rates & Shift Patterns:

Step 1 - £ 11.44 per hour (Non-Core Work Areas)
Step 2 - £ 11.54 - £11.69 per hour (Trained in 2 x Core Work Areas)

Overtime – Time + ½

Rotational Shifts (06:00 – 14:00 & 14:00 – 22:00)
Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday
