Extra Recruitment are currently recruiting for Call Centre Advisor for our clients based in Stafford. For this position you must be flexible and available to work any 5 out of 7 days on a rota basis.
Call Centre Advisor responsibilities:
Answering calls from customers and drivers with queries about their deliveries.
Answering calls from their own drivers about road closures or missing items or disputes.
Speaking to customers and drivers regarding failed deliveries
Updating addresses where needed
Details of a Call Centre Advisor :
Location: Stafford
Pay: £11.52 PH
Schedule: Working 5 out of 7 days
Weekday Schedule: 06:00am – 21:00pm
Weekend Schedule: 06:00am – 18:00pm
Call Centre Advisor requirements:
Call centre experience
Customer service experience
Good knowledge of Microsoft
Basic computer skills
Must be well spoken
