We currently have a great opportunity for an Administrator to join our in-house maintenance company, Property Plus. We're looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.

The Role

As an Administrator working across the Voids and Major Works team, you will contribute to the smooth and efficient running of the department and the successful delivery of professional customer focused services, by providing a responsive and highly supportive administrative service to the team and Property Plus.

You will have experience of managing work schedules and arranging appointments with strong customer service skills. You will have excellent IT skills and experience using Microsoft Office packages and will have strong administration skills. If you are a confident communicator, are approachable and can build and maintain effective working relationships, then we want to hear from you!

Skills and experience required:

* Experience in a busy office administration role

* Knowledge of housing administration (desirable)

* Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Can demonstrate team spirit and collaborative working

* Self motivated and willing to learn

* Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle in order to commute to other offices across Stafford and Shrewsbury
