The Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Structural Technician to become an integral part of our close-knit team. This role offers the opportunity to:

Work alongside the Associate Director and Drawing Office Manager
Delegate tasks to junior technicians and ensure the quality of their work
Mentor and develop junior technicians, enhancing their drawing, modelling, and construction process skills Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

A minimum of 4 years of experience in building structures, with a strong focus on Reinforced Concrete detailing to British Standards or Eurocodes
Proficiency in producing General Arrangement and Detail Drawings in Steel, Masonry, and Timber
Experience with AutoCAD, Revit, and Excel; familiarity with BIM is highly advantageous
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently
A passion and determination to progress, with genuine opportunity for progression to Associate/Director level available What's in it for you?
