Business Development Manager Opportunity
Location: Colchester, Essex
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (depending on experience) + 10% commission on team’s performance (uncapped)
A well-established organisation is seeking an experienced and motivated Business Development Manager to lead a team of up to 10 Personal Assistants at their Colchester head office. This role focuses on driving sales, enhancing team performance, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities:
Achieve team targets by generating new business through proactive customer engagement.
Lead, train, and develop team members to ensure peak performance.
Drive business growth by managing the sales process and fostering client retention.
Represent the company’s core values and promote its brand.
Maintain strong relationships with branch managers and regional teams.
Conduct regular performance reviews, 1:1s, and return-to-work meetings.
Oversee administrative tasks related to regional branches.Key Skills and Experience:
Strong teamwork and leadership skills, creating a positive working environment.
Exceptional customer service, consistently exceeding expectations.
Results-driven with a strong focus on achieving business objectives.
Commercial awareness and adherence to company standards and procedures.

Shift pattern covering early and late shifts, Monday to Friday (9am - 6pm and 11am - 8pm).
1 in 3 Saturdays with a day off in lieu
