We are supporting a company based in Colchester who are recruiting for a Business Development Manager. This is a full time position paying up to £27,000 with an additional bonus based on teams commission. This position has a rota pattern covering early and late shifts, the hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and 11am to 8pm. 1 in 3 Saturdays are required with time in lieu returned the following week.

Duties include:

Conducting regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and return-to-work meetings
Motivate and enhance team performance through training and development
Drive the sales process, ensuring growth and retention
Build and maintain relationships with other managers and regional teams
Deliver new starter inductions and act as a role model for the team
Ensure timely completion of administration tasksTo be successful you must have previous management experience and be a motivated and passionate individual who can drive and lead a team of driven sales people.
