About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team in Enfield on a part-time basis, starting as soon as possible. This role is available due to a new addition to the team and will involve working 3 days a week. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage with a diverse group of students in a supportive and well-resourced environment. The recruitment process includes a face-to-face interview and a trial day to ensure a great fit for both the candidate and the school. Early applications are encouraged. Application Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years teaching Key Stage 1, with a proven track record of engaging and inspiring young learners.

• Strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum, including English, Mathematics, and Science.

• Experience in managing diverse classrooms with varying needs, including SEN students.

• Ability to foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment, demonstrating empathy and effective communication with students and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons across the Key Stage 1 curriculum, including English, Mathematics, and Science, to meet the diverse needs of all students.

• Regularly assess and track student progress, providing feedback and setting targets to support individual learning and development.

• Develop and maintain a stimulating, inclusive, and supportive classroom atmosphere that promotes respect, curiosity, and a love of learning.

• Work closely with teaching assistants and other staff members to support students’ educational and emotional needs, including those with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
