About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 1, using innovative teaching methods to cater to a range of learning styles and abilities. Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.

• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational and personal development.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• An innovative approach to teaching, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to KS1 students that align with the National Curriculum.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, respected, and motivated to learn.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student development and well-being.

• Contribute to the development of school policies and practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
