About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic KS1 Teacher to join our team on a full-time, long-term basis. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact in the early stages of education, shaping the futures of our young learners. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective lessons to students in Key Stage 1, using innovative teaching methods to cater to a range of learning styles and abilities. The role involves planning and implementing a creative curriculum that sparks curiosity and fosters a love of learning.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.

• Previous experience teaching Key Stage 1 is highly desirable.

• A passion for working with young children and a commitment to their educational and personal development.

• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

• An innovative approach to teaching, with a focus on creating engaging and interactive learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons to KS1 students that align with the National Curriculum.

• Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels safe, respected, and motivated to learn.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to help each child reach their full potential.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to support student development and well-being.

• Contribute to the development of school policies and practices, ensuring a cohesive approach to teaching and learning.
