About the role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated KS1 Teacher to join our dynamic team on a part-time basis. As a KS1 Teacher, you will have the exciting opportunity to shape the educational experiences of our youngest learners. Your role will be crucial in fostering a positive and engaging learning environment where children feel motivated to explore, question, and grow. The position is designed for a candidate who is enthusiastic about early years education and committed to helping children develop a strong foundation for their future learning.

Application Requirements:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching experience.

• A strong understanding of the KS1 curriculum and effective teaching strategies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with young children.

• Ability to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.

• Commitment to ongoing professional development and collaboration with colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective lessons tailored to the KS1 curriculum.

• Create a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that supports the diverse needs of all students.

• Assess and monitor student progress, providing feedback and support to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and other stakeholders to enhance the educational experience and support each child’s development.

• Contribute to the school’s wider activities and initiatives, including extracurricular clubs and events.
