Are you passionate about technology and eager to enhance business processes?
We are seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Second-Line Support and Technology Applications Administrator. In this role, you will be at the forefront of driving innovation and ensuring seamless operations within our technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities:
Application Support & Administration: Provide second-line support for our technology applications and processes, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Implementation & Upgrades: Collaborate with the Technology Solutions Manager to implement new applications, upgrade existing systems, and manage significant changes.
Development & Testing: Assist in developing and testing new applications, ensuring they meet our high standards and work seamlessly with existing systems.
Operational Handover: Support the transition of new applications to the service desk team, ensuring they are fully prepared for operational support.
As well as; process & procedure implementation, and the management of knowledge base, user accounts, incidents and suppliers.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking a customer-service-oriented individual with a keen interest in technology and a knack for improving business processes.
The ideal candidate will;
- Have experience working in an IT team or as a business partner, with strong problem-solving skills for system or process challenges. - A methodical and structured approach with excellent attention to detail.
- Be adaptable and able to balance competing priorities with a collaborative mindset eager to learn and share knowledge.
- Be able to work independently and resolve issues beyond the service desk's scope
Desirable Experience:
CRM systems process and documentation management
Payroll systems Process mapping
Experience with HTML and API
