Position Overview:

Retain and service assigned commercial groups, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and success.

Provide strategic account oversight, including annual renewal negotiations and contract reviews.

Consult with producers and groups to identify opportunities for expanding services and strengthening business relationships 

Balance member and group retention with achieving financial performance targets and maintaining appropriate loss ratios.

Work with a diverse range of clients, including large employers, national accounts, associations, and trusts.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelors Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

3+ years of experience in the insurance industry or related sales/service roles, with a strong emphasis on strong in person selling skills

Comfort with public speaking and group presentations.

Ability to drive as required for the role, with proof of a valid drivers license and auto insurance upon request.

Preferred:

5+ years of experience in the insurance industry or related sales/service roles.

Strong background in carrier operations, health plan services, and customer service.

Residential State Insurance License - Oregon.
