Trimble-Batjer, an Alera Group Company, is seeking a Commercial Lines Account Manager to join their Property & Casualty team.

As an Account Manager, the focus of this position is to service a commercial lines book of business. 

Responsibilities:

Manage and update policy changes based on client requests

Prepare and issue endorsements 

Issue Certificates of Insurance/Evidence of Insurance

Create and issue insurance ID cards

Oversee policy renewals and client communications

Process audits and prepare reports

Manage policy cancellations and reinstatements

Provide accurate quotes for new and existing policies

Issue insurance binders

Process and resolve discrepancies in invoicing

Interact with clients, producers, and carriers to address needs and resolve issues

Back-Up Duties: Assist with marketing, remarketing, and claims processing as needed

Qualifications:

Must have commercial lines insurance experience (preferably in Texas)

Property & Casualty License required 

Applied Epic experience is a plus
