Intermediate Quantity Surveyor – Prime Residential

My client is a London based prime residential main contractor, specialising in luxury refurbishments of single dwellings, restorations of listed buildings and the construction of bespoke basements.

They predominantly undertake projects in London’s most exclusive areas, such as Kensington, Chelsea, Hampstead, and Mayfair, as well as locations outside of London such as the Wentworth Estate, with typical contract values ranging from £1m - £10m.

Due to their current volume of projects, they are seeking the employment of a Quantity Surveyor to assist on a number of live and upcoming prime residential projects.

Successful candidates will be driven and dynamic, with a proven track record and previous high end residential experience.

They are seeking a Quantity Surveyor who is looking to take a step up from assistant level and take projects on from inception to completion.

Initial projects include an £8m refurbishment of an existing luxury residence on the Wentworth Estate. The successful candidate will be based between site and the London office.
