Commercial Leadership: Provide expert financial oversight and support to the largest business units, including evaluating sales opportunities and future deals.

Month-End Collaboration: Assist the Financial Accounting teams during month-end to ensure accurate, timely financial results.
Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Ad-Hoc Projects: Take on exciting, high-impact projects that require your expertise.What We're Looking For:
Fully qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
A minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercially focused finance role.
Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to translate complex financial information into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.
A collaborative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving.The Package:
Competitive salary of £60,000 - £63,000.
Discretionary performance bonus.
