This is an exciting and hands-on role, combining heavily commercial responsibilities alongside business partnering across the company's largest business units.
Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:
Provide financial oversight and support to the largest business units, including the commercial evaluation of sales opportunities and future deals.
Maintain financial control of all ongoing projects, review actual versus forecasted performance, and identify actions to improve business unit performance where necessary.
Assist the Financial Accounting teams at month-end to ensure accurate results.
Continually identify and implement process improvements to enhance the accuracy of financial information.
Undertake ad-hoc project work as required.Profile:
Qualified Accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a commercially focused role.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with and explain financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.Package:
Salary: £60,000 - £63,000.
Discretionary bonus.
Private healthcare.
Hybrid working - 3 days in the office per week.
