Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting an Admin Assistant to join the team.
The main purpose of this role is to support the widder office team in the day to day running of the business.
In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £24,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 20 days holiday + bank holidays, pension, free parking.
This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00 or 09:00 – 17:00.
Reporting to the Office Manager your responsibilities will include:
Duties for this role will include:
Answering incoming telephone calls.
Responding to emails for customer care.
Ensure all messages left via telephone or email are delivered accurately and promptly to the correct person.
Take ownership of all customer care queries.
Input data onto the customer database
Raising purchase orders for Customer Care jobs
The ideal candidate:
Open to working within an office environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Basic excel skills
Willingness to learn
Will need to be able to drive and have access to a car due to the location of the office.
It would also be ideal for this candidate to have a full UK driving license
