Hours: Mon - Fri, 09:00am - 5:00pm (2 days working from home)

ABOUT THE ROLE
As an Administrative Assistant, you will be an integral part of a flexible team. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Manage and respond to incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments.
Maintain and update office records, databases, and inventories.
Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation.
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and stakeholders as needed.
Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and supplies are stocked.
Undertake any other tasks or projects as assigned by the management team.ABOUT YOU
You are a dedicated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for administrative support. Your strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively ensure smooth daily operations.
Skills & Knowledge:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
