A leading provider of high-performance systems and equipment for the aerospace, defence, and industrial markets are seeking a Production Engineer who will play a key role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality products.

Key Accountabilities - Production Engineer

+ Identify areas for process improvement in the manufacturing cycle which includes mechanical assembly, various joining techniques of multiple materials, electrical and RF testing

+ Take ownership of maintaining and improving quality standards throughout the manufacturing process.

+ Provide technical support to the manufacturing team, ensuring smooth production runs.

+ Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for manufacturing processes, standard operating procedures, and quality control protocols.

+ Drive a culture of continuous improvement by actively seeking out opportunities to enhance manufacturing processes, reduce costs, and increase product reliability.

Skills and knowledge required - Production Engineer

+ Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Electrical Engineering or similar.

+ Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.

+ Proficiency in process optimisation, root cause analysis, and quality control methodologies
