Salary: circa £25,000 per annum

Benefits: 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing with length of service), onsite parking, employee assistance programme, pension scheme, full training

Hours: Full time, 37.5 hours a week

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and update the database with accuracy.
Efficiently handle customer requests via phone and online platforms.
Ensure the electronic booking system is consistently up-to-date and correct.
Process customer orders and respond to inquiries promptly and accurately.
Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional, courteous manner.What We're Looking For:

Proven customer service experience is essential.
Strong administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
