As a Customer Service Administrator joining a well-established distribution company based in Crawley, you are expected to provide administrative support. A Customer service team member will be working with purchasing maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase order and warranty records. You will be a crucial link between customers and suppliers, ensuring that customers are informed about their delivery statuses and proactively following up with suppliers for any necessary details. Being Meticulous when conducting administrative duties day to day.
Customer Service Administrator responsibilities:
* Coordinating customer delivery schedules
* Following up and verifying supplier/manufacturer order confirmations
* Managing order progress with suppliers/manufacturers
* Handling order modifications and updates
* Processing and managing warranty claims from customers with suppliers/manufacturers.
* Serving as the primary contact for warranties, customer inquiries, and order updates
* Informing customers of stock arrivals or potential delays via email/phone
* Processing customer payments
Skills & experience required:
* Keen eye for detail
* Strong written and verbal communication abilities
* Effective organizational skills
* Proficient time and workload management
* Confident approach to tasks
* Proficient in IT
* Team-oriented mindset
* This position is ideal for individuals with strong communication, organizational, and administrative skills.
