Our client, a global leader in manufacturing and providing top-quality products within their field, is looking for a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to join their team in Crawley. This is an exciting opportunity to join a highly reputable company and play a key role in ensuring seamless customer service.
The Package:
Competitive salary up to £25,000 DOE
Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, & 1 in 4 Saturdays (paid overtime)
20 days holiday + bank holidays, increasing each year

Employee Assistance Programme (EAP)
Onsite parking
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and amend customer accounts on company database
Understand customer requirements and recommend the best products
Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly
Liaise with the accounts department to ensure all billing issues are resolved.
Process customer orders via phone, email, and online platforms
Maintain effective communication links between customers and overseas production teams
Qualifications & Experience:
Previous experience in customer service & administration (junior candidates will also be considered)
IT competency, particularly with databases
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
