Responsibilities:

Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner.

Present menus, make recommendations, and take orders accurately.

Deliver food and beverages promptly, ensuring accuracy and quality.

Provide attentive and personalized service to enhance the guest experience.

Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries or special requests.

Handle payment transactions and maintain a tidy and organized work area.

Qualifications:

Must be able to speak clearly and understand basic English to facilitate the communication process.

Ability to learn menu items and service procedures.

Ability to take direction and to work in a team environment.

Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure.

Ability to learn and follow processes.

This position will spend 100% of the time standing and walking
