Overview:
At Northern Idaho Advanced Care Hospital, we are passionate about patient care! We provide critical care services to patients recovering from serious illnesses or injuries and has earned The Joint Commission’s Respiratory Failure Certification. Often our patients require additional critical care services for medically complex conditions such as trauma, infectious diseases, wound healing, cardiovascular disease, stroke, amputation and ventilator weaning. At our 40-bed hospital, we are a free-standing, long-term acute care hospital serving patients in communities throughout the Inland Northwest.
We are seeking a Clinical Services Manager to join our team of passionate patient caregivers!

Qualifications:
Required Skills:
Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist required.
Current CPR Certification required. ACLS Certification preferred in LTACH.
Bachelor of Science in Physical Science, Chemistry, Biology, Medical Technology, or Cardiorespiratory Therapy preferred.
Two years’ experience in acute care setting preferred.
3-5 years’ hospital/clinical management or supervisory experience preferred.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
Knowledge of and adherence to current respiratory therapy standards.
Knowledge of clinical operations and procedures.
Demonstrates general computer skills including: data entry, word processing, email, and record management.
Effective organizational and time management skills.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to maintain proper levels of confidentiality.
Ability to work closely and professionally with others.
Ability to maintain quality, safety, and/or infection control standards.
