Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse (RN) license (BSN preferred) or Physical Therapist (PT), Occupational Therapist (OT) license including compact nursing licensure if needed for neighboring states in good standing to practice in the state(s).
Must obtain and maintain current CPR or BLS Certification.
Two (2 +) years of home care or hospice nursing experience are required; One year of additional hospital nursing experience preferred.
A deep understanding of hospice and home care regulations are required for this position
