Overview:
This position is responsible for functions related to accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, file maintenance, and other accounting related responsibilities.
This is a hybrid role working at least 2 days per week in our main office located in Visalia, CA.
The hourly range for this role is $20.50-23.00 / hr. The Company offers insurance coverage that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurances, a 401(k) with employer match, and more.
Responsibilities:
Reviewing all records associated with invoices to ensure accuracy.
Processing inventory receipts and associated payables
Processing non ingredient payables
Scanning and file maintenance
Responding to billing inquiries in a timely manner.
Processing Payment Runs
Ensure payment deadlines are met each week.
Assist with processing and invoicing shipments.
Other duties assigned as needed.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Minimum of three (3) years data entry experience required.
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel).
Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
Great attitude, excellent punctuality and attendance.
Must be self-motivated, capable of working independently and with others.
Strong organization and research skills.
Ability to multi- task. Strong follow-through and consistent ability to hold one’s self accountable is required.
Strong commitment to quality and excellent time and self-management skills.
Good customer service skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Strong oral/written and interpersonal skills.
Able to implement and drive efficient processes.
Physical Requirments:
Must be able to perform repetitive motion activities throughout the day.
Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee will be regularly exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
The employee will occasionally be exposed to dusty and noisy conditions.
The employee may be exposed to chemicals used in the process.
