Overview:

The A.C.Coy company has an immediate opening for an AP Specialist. Ideal candidates must have a high school diploma and prior AP experience.

Responsibilities:

Accurately maintain vendor files 

Provide outstanding customer service to both internal and external vendors

Appropriately code vendor invoices and submit for payment

Reconcile vendor statements to ensure accuracy of invoicing

Print checks and prepare for mailing

Qualifications:

Education:

HS Diploma 

Experience Required:

Prior experience in AP with high-volume invoicing

Teamwork mentality
